• Generated results: career suggestions and tailored resumes produced from your inputs.
• Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, errors, request metadata) used to operate the service.

How we use information

• To generate your career suggestions and tailored resumes.
• To operate, secure, and improve Reframio.

AI processing

Your inputs are sent to AI model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) through our gateway to generate results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models beyond what is required to return your result.

Storage and sharing

Account data and saved results are stored in our managed backend. We share information only with service providers necessary to run Reframio (hosting, authentication, AI inference) and when required by law.

Your choices

• You can sign out at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• You may use Reframio without uploading a file by pasting your resume manually.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (like theme).

Children

Reframio is not intended for users under 16.
